When you submit an analysis request to us, we will receive the following information:

We process this information on the basis of legitimate interest, since we need this information to confirm your analysis submission and update you when it is completed. This information is deleted once the second email is sent.

Data processed when using the website

When visiting the website, your web browser automatically sends the following information to our web server:

• the time of the visit
• the IP address of the computer the request comes from
• the referrer website (if you are linked to this page from somewhere else)
• inferred geographical information about where the request is made from
• the browser software used to visit the website
• the operating system of the computer used to visit the website (if possible)

We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest to be able to evaluate system security, stability, and performance. We store this data for up to 90 days, after which the IP address, referrer website, browser software, and operating system is deleted automatically. The time of visit and inferred geographical location (at a country level) is stored in an anonymised format so we can understand how many people are visiting our website from roughly which country. This data is not shared with any third parties.
